Good to hear from you. We have actually just returned from the Mennonite People’s Summit in Winnipeg Manitoba. It would be great if you can attend the retreat. It is very definitely kid friendly – we usually have 5 – 8 young children there. If not lets work out a time to meet together.

I am a Mennonite pastor and my husband, Peter is a writer/lecturer/photographer centering upon issues of global justice and peace. We are currently residing in Seattle, along with our two children, Sophia who is 3 1/2 and Brendan, 14 months. The work of Mustard Seed Associates, as well as the community of the Mustard Seed House, caught our attention as we too, have interest with the emerging monastic and mosaic movements as they relate to the furthering of God’s Kingdom. We are also intrigued with MHS’s focus upon Celtic spirituality– we are contemplating whether the upcoming retreat in August might be a possibility for our family to attend. We would welcome the opportunity to talk with and/or visit MSA and the MSH. Perhaps you could offer some thoughts about how we might best proceed with arranging a meeting.
